Mandatory Use: All participants must wear life jackets while on the boat, regardless of swimming ability.

Pre-Departure Briefing: A comprehensive safety briefing will be conducted before we set sail. This will cover emergency procedures, equipment use, and boat safety rules.

Questions Encouraged: Feel free to ask questions during the briefing to clarify any concerns.

Onboard Safety:

Designated Areas: Remain in designated areas of the boat and follow crew instructions at all times.

Watch Your Step: Be mindful of wet surfaces; moving carefully can prevent slips and falls.

Snorkeling Safety:

Buddy System: Always snorkel with a partner for added safety.

Stay Close: Remain within designated snorkeling areas and keep an eye on the boat.​

Weather Monitoring:

Conditions Check: Our team will monitor weather conditions prior to and during the adventure. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we may reschedule or cancel the trip.

Dress Appropriately: Wear suitable clothing for changing weather conditions and consider bringing a light jacket for cooler evenings.

Emergency Contacts: Familiarise yourself with emergency contact information provided during the briefing.

Emergency Equipment: First aid kits and emergency equipment are available on board. Our crew is trained to handle emergencies.

Intoxication Policy:
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests and crew, we enforce the following guidelines regarding alcohol and drug use:

Prohibition of Drugs:

The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited during all Sunset Marine Adventure activities. Any guest found violating this policy will be removed from the experience without a refund.

Limited Alcohol Consumption:

Guests are allowed to consume alcohol in moderation during the adventure. However, excessive alcohol consumption or any behavior that jeopardises safety will result in immediate termination of participation without a refund.

Crew Discretion:

The crew reserves the right to determine if a guest’s alcohol consumption is excessive or if their behavior poses a safety risk. In such cases, the guest will be asked to discontinue participation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled adventure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the adventure.
